Her federal-sector experience includes supporting government programs and contractors serving agencies such as the DOD, HHS, NIH, FAA, and CDC, including searches for highly specialized and cleared professionals.
Throughout her career, Leisa has partnered with organizations ranging from emerging companies to large global enterprises, developing a broad understanding of the challenges companies face in identifying and attracting specialized talent.
Her experience also extends into artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, including recruiting across AI, machine learning, cloud, software engineering, and data-driven environments, while incorporating AI-powered tools into talent research and sourcing strategies.
